Rivers Scores 33, Roar Win 119-107

Friday night, the 4 Bears Roar defeated the Tri-Cities SunDevils 119-107 inside the 4 Bears Event Center.

The Roar began the night very back and forth with the SunDevils until the bench took over. Jimario Rivers, the 6'8" 1st Round Draft Pick of the Roar came off the bench to score 33 points, shattering his career high of 23. The Roar received big-time scoring from 6'9" forward Tavares Sledge with 19 points, point guard Alejandro Rama with 14 points, and the 7'0" center Kentrevious Jones adding in 11.

Marcus Friend, a 6'0" point guard for the Roar was reactivated earlier this week and came off the bench to score 15 points. Roar point guard Rob Phinisee and guard Taevon Horton were both absent from the game with injuries. The Roar had five separate players in double digits like they have for much of the season so far. The Roar are averaging 119.6 points a game.
