Roar Add 6'10" Powerhouse
NEWTOWN, ND - On Thursday morning, the 4 Bears Roar announced the signing of powerhouse forward Andrew Gordon for the remainder of the 2026 TBL season and playoffs.
The 6'10", 260 lbs beast in the paint comes to the Roar after finishing the season in Kosovo, highly regarded as one of the toughest leagues in the world. The league is known for its intense play and high-energy atmospheres, attracting some of the top talent from the United States. Gordon averaged 8.3 points and 6.7 rebounds in the powerhouse league in just 13 games.
The Clearwater, Florida native started out 2026 in the Superliga averaging 18.5 points and 11 rebounds a game for Vellaznimi in Kosovo. He has played professional overseas in Bulgaria, Uruguay, United Kingdom, and other stops. The former NCAA Division I star played for Louisiana Tech and West Virginia.
"He's gonna be a problem for this league," said Roar head coach Wayne Casey. "He gives us another solid piece to the puzzle that matches up well towards a TBL championship."
Gordon has joined the Roar for workouts and practices this week and will dress at home this weekend as the Roar take on the Mesa Monsoons, Friday and Saturday at the 4 Bears Event Center.
