Roar Beat Mesa 134-122
It was a high scoring game for the Roar, as they traveled to the desert of Arizona to take on the Mesa Monsoons in TBL action. The Roar won 134-122.
The game was off to a rough start for the Roar as they went down 12-2. After a quick timeout and some regrouping, the Roar put together a nice game seeing multiple players in double figures. Kentrevious Jones, the 7'0" center for the Roar from Georgia was able to put up 21 points on the night. Brandon Watkins, a 6'10" forward also from Georgia added 16 points with some big time dunks through the paint. Roar guard Deshawn Munson had a triple-double in his last game, did the same in this one scoring 28 points, 14 rebounds, and 15 assists. Ken'Darrius Hamilton, a 6'10" center for the Roar also added 11 points including two big three pointers. 6'8" forward Jimario Rivers and 6'2" guard Taevon Horton were also in double digits with 11 points.
